Following a hit and run accident which left a man dead, a wrongful death lawsuit has been filed in Greenville.
The lawsuit was filed on July 5, following the death of 32 year old Thomas Earl Talley Jr. who was found deceased in the southbound lane of N. Main St. at 2:40 a.m. on June 27 in front of the Northgate Soda Shop. The cause of death was multiple blunt force injuries and was classified as an accident.
Greenville Police confirmed that a commercial garbage truck was involved and the lawsuit has been filed by Talley’s mother against Waste Connections of the Carolinas.
